To empower young women from diverse backgrounds and diverse socio-economic levels with the ultimate goal of reaching high athletic and academic pursuits.

Coach K brings 14 years of track & field experience.  As a former UCLA All-American and World Class Hurdler (ranked # 6 in nation in 1994), Coach Keisha has benefited from the tutelage of World-class coaches, Robert Kersee and Jeanette Bolden, while at UCLA.
 
From this breadth of knowledge, she brings a plethora of experience, passion, and 8 years of educational background with a B.A. in Afro-American Studies / English from UCLA and a Masters in Education. Her mission is to be a catalyst for educational excellence while in the pursuit of fostering competitive athletic excellence in young girls.  "I believe that the skill sets that are developed through athletic programs are skills that can be transferred into every facet of ones lives, thus empowering them to positively impact society as leaders."

Coach Jacques Sallberg; Middle Distance Coach
 
Coach Jacques, a Team USA member in the 3000 meter Steeplechase, Coach Jacques is currently ranked by Track and Field News #4 in the U.S and is the 2009 Pasadena Marathon Champion!!!  Coach Jacques specializes in Middle Distance running....but will not be returning for the 09-10 season.

Coach Grant, a former UCLA Hurdler / Decathlete, who scored over 8,000 points in the decathlon and will be a tremendous asset to our team.  More information and photos to come.
 
Chairman & Co-Founder:
 
Eldridge Armstrong brings with him an unbridled passion and commitment for athletics and education. As a USC graduate (B. S. in Math Analysis) and former world class Baseball Player, he brings strong business acumen and a seasoned palette having been a strategic force behind the development of a multi-million dollar non-profit organization.

Our goal is to provide every student-athlete interested in running with an
opportunity to benefit from our athletic program. To ensure that finances are
not a barrier, scholarship opportunities avail themselves to assist with the costs

Donna Armstrong (3-time Marathon finisher) brings a plethora of experience in the areas of club implementation, organization, and logistical processes.  She will, (with the assistance of the team mom) facilitate registration process, uniform logistics, and enforce practice uniform policies.
